We've built homes of all sizes, shapes and varieties. From stilt-home cottages in flood plain regions, to high and dry sprawling estates. Doctors, lawyers, and bankers live in Gold Crest homes. "Made according to the specifications of the buyer." That's the definition of "custom." So what makes a builder a custom-builder? In the building industry "custom" seems to lose something in the translation. There are a lot of builders who describe themselves as a "Custom Builder" but when you take a closer look, it appears they keep building the same few houses over and over. At Gold Crest, we believe "custom" means more than moving a wall a few inches or adding a pocket door.
