When my husband and I decided to build our dream "retirement home" in Florida while still living in Seattle, we were naturally concerned about managing such a large project from 3,000 miles away. Gold Crest assured us that they would help us work through everything from afar, and they didn't disappoint. Our sales consultant went above and beyond with frequent emails and phone calls to help lead us through the details of the plan and the projected costs. Then the Construction Team was exceptional during the construction and interior finishing of the house. They kept us informed of progress and regularly called out questions or issues that needed to be addressed. The Corporate Office communicated regularly regarding status of change orders and other financial information, and was very helpful to stay on top of things during construction and closing. We moved into our new home in May, 2007. We're very pleased with the quality of the construction and all items were completed as per our plans. We would recommend Gold Crest as a quality homebuilder.
