Specific details of your home's warranty can be found in the HomeBuyers Guide given to you at the time you sign your contract for new construction. Gold Crest Homes warrants your home to be free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of closing. If a defect occurs in any item covered by the Gold Crest Homes Warranty, we will repair or replace the item to meet or exceed Our Standards for Excellence, also outlined in your HomeBuyer's Manual. Some of our warranties are: Roof Shingles - 30 years prorated HVAC system - 10 years, parts and labor Structural Warranty - 10 years We welcome questions pertaining to the warranty on your new home and encourage you to contact us in the event you have any problems. |

But the most valuable "comfort feature" is something you can only experience over time: It's the Gold Crest Relationship. By the time construction has been completed and you have moved into your new home, we will have come to know each other well. There is nothing more important to us than your total satisfaction once you have moved into your new home. To achieve this goal, Gold Crest Homes provides two new home reviews during the first year after closing. During these reviews we will inspect your home for any items needing attention, and correct any construction-related problems which might have arisen. |
