20 amp circuits, in lieu of the "standard" 14 gauge/15 amp circuits.
So, while it is your home - we'll build it like we are going to live in it.

We've been building homes for a long time, and experience has
taught us quite a few things. If we think you won't be happy with a
choice you've made, we'll tell you. We'll explain why, and offer
